Can native Gaia astrometry be paired for the four fresh patches?
Use the same unfiltered300arcsecond cones and29 fields, maximum8GETs, with native XML/FITS exact-value and completeness review.
Fourteen native-schema/pair/transport controls. Independent failed-prefix review reconstructs two requests, caps, terminal exit1 and all unknown states;57 bindings sealed.
A XML returnsHTTP200/19175bytes after160.715seconds; A FITS cancelled after180.003seconds with no response bytes. B–D unrequested; all four paired contexts unknown. No retries or physical/class adoption.
Next: Register a Gator route pilot against retained ESA values, then a separately frozen native BINARY2 route if exact precision is unavailable in the mirror.
E103 distinct FITS requirement remains unsatisfied. Later E104 serialization review establishes that the retained XML contains native BINARY2; its existence did not complete E103 paired review. Failure is not absence or nonstellar truth.
