Cached infrared coverage limits rescue recall; native source transfer prepared

Question

Can the present source-centred infrared cache rescue the cold positive references missed by E120?

Hypothesis

Check every requested cloud and frozen decision; compute an oracle ceiling from clean W2 availability before native recovery or further fitting.

Test

Producer join and independent literal/set reader check all94604 clouds,7761 source keys/associations, every population count and recall ceiling. Native upload/model pipeline registered but unexecuted pending explicit permission.

Finding

Only3126/19293 missed positive references have cached cleanW2; even perfect rescue raises base recall from45.17% to54.05% (19019/35186). At least9130 additional positives outside this restricted view are needed for80%. No downloads;31POSTs and748017-byte public-coordinate/row-number payload prepared.

Next: Obtain explicit approval for the registered native recovery, preserve all missing/ambiguous targets and compare frozen stellar recovery on full denominators. Broaden compatible source/cold-cloud views with confusion controls before fresh independent validation and temporal refinement; full robust goal remains active.

Caveat · open

Ceiling applies only to E120 plus the existing3arcsec nearest-source cache; not universal IR detectability. Missing source is not starless. Cached native errors/IDs unavailable; no stellar support invented. Consumed related stage proxies, no physical membership, hybrid purity or birth. Automatic approval review rejected external coordinate upload; no request ran and explicit permission is pending.
