Direct source/gas alternatives retain 203 compatible references and unresolved conflicts

Do direct RMS-to-gas links stay unique under rounded coordinates, and do supported components resolve the three existing velocity conflicts?
Use all 2,798 RMS sources and 3,556 MALT90 records at 3/15/30 arcsec. Preserve all alternatives through 33.755 arcsec, with a distinct +60 arcsec RMS-Dec control. Test a conservative 3.755 arcsec coordinate-rounding/frame scenario, both-direction uniqueness and the corrected native feeder-fit support rule. No requests, label fitting, refitting, radius tuning or source reassignment.
Five controls pass. Independent Decimal/rotation/haversine reconstruction checks 5,378 strip distances, all 547 geometric pairs, 580 component rows, 5,596 source states, 4,923 radius/interval decisions and 226,003 native/preserved cells. Maximum rotation-separation discrepancy 0.024929 arcsec. Four frame-sensitive admissions and one independent-only stable link are retained explicitly; every producer stable link has the same unique pointing under both rotations. Original invariant-reader failure preserved with registered correction, producer unchanged; accepted workers terminal exit0 and science seal has 28 bindings.
At 15 arcsec, 267 nominally unique RMS/gas links reduce to 231 stable links under rounding. Of 213 stable sources with fit-supported gas and an available RMS velocity, 203 have exactly one compatible supported component within 3 km/s: 73 YSO references, 128 H II/mixed proxies, one evolved context and one unknown. Ten of 11 stable two-record pointings have a unique supported compatible component. All 1,005 corrected cloud associations remain in an augmented review; 201 have a stable direct gas link and 176 a unique compatible component (65 YSO references/109 region proxies/two other contexts). Existing rankings and every previous review field remain unchanged.

Next: Review native spectra/beam/velocity provenance for the three unresolved sources and source-specific crowding. Measure source-selected candidate truth and fresh faint/crowded transfer before altering models. Preserve ordinary-star, missing/low-motion, compatible dust/embedded and birth-region tiers. Corrected E136/E137 dashboard publication awaits manual Macunlock and full readback; full goal stays active, E121 pending with zero requests.
36 nominally unique links fail rounding stability: 12 YSO references and 24 region proxies. The rounding scenario is not full astrometric/beam uncertainty or membership probability. Four shifted-control sources also have unique compatible velocities; regional/shared kinematics can agree without ownership. All three previously qualified H II-region conflict remains at the same stable direct pointing with no compatible alternative in the tested neighbourhood. A single record can blend profiles and RMS/consensus errors are unavailable. 203 complete-RMS alternatives and 176 cloud-linked alternatives have different scopes. No physical union, new star, birth, population purity or robust detector is established.
